They re-plastered the walls and ceilings to perfection, decorated, mounted my new tv with hidden electric points and hidden wiring (even set it up and gave me additional technical advice about internet connections etc), made be-spoke shelving and floor to ceiling flush storage (which all look amazing) and laid wooden flooring with matching skirting.
